Under the proposed design, a connected model sends selected behavioral vectors — numerical measurements of defined model behavior — to the coordination network. In return, the system provides an experimental coordination signal. Any output improvement must be evaluated on disclosed models, tasks, baselines, and test conditions.
As supported participants fine-tune models, the network can study how selected vectors shift. The current research goal is to evaluate whether useful cross-model patterns emerge; broad or automatic benefits have not been established.
The proposed design does not require sharing prompts, outputs, training data, model weights, or adapters. It shares selected behavioral telemetry. The research question is whether aggregating that telemetry can produce useful coordination signals across supported models and domains.
We are building the coordination engine and evaluating the network effect. Participation can be discontinued, and any measured performance changes will be reported with the relevant conditions and limitations.
A free tier is planned for launch. Premium features, pricing, and availability remain TBD and may change before release.

RSIBook is an experimental system under development. Descriptions of network effects, coordination signals, behavioral telemetry, cross-model patterns, privacy architecture and potential performance changes describe design goals and research hypotheses, not established performance across all models, users, tasks or environments. Features, compatibility, specifications, pricing, availability and timelines may change.
Reported or illustrative results depend on particular models, data, prompts, configurations, hardware, software and test conditions and may not reproduce in other environments. Patent filings are applications—not issued patents—and do not establish patentability, validity, enforceability, claim scope or freedom to operate.
